  • Before work begins: 100% refund available
  • First 3 days of work: 50% refund available
  • After 3 days or final delivery: No refund available

Note: All refunds are subject to review and approval. Services already delivered or used are not eligible for refunds.

Partial refunds may be offered based on project timeline and progress:

  • Before work begins: Full refund available
  • First 3 days of work: 50% refund available
  • After 3 days or final delivery: No refund available
  • Additional revisions beyond the package limit (3 for Starter, 5 for Professional)
  • Major scope changes requested after work begins
